Tekfen İmalat ve Mühendislik A.Ş. has established Health, Safety and Environment Management system according to ISO 45001:2007 and ISO 14001: 2004 standard and put the following items in its strategy:
· Promoting HSE Culture in the Company
· Adapting HSE Manahement System to national laws and regulations and other requirements related to Company activities
· Identification, omission, or decreasing hazardous conditions to a tolerable limit
· Continuous improvement to achieve major goals of HSE Management system

Tekfen İmalat ve Mühendislik A.Ş. maintains and acts according to the below mentioned principles in order to minimize the damages which may effect the employees, third persons and the property during its general activities:
· Takes HSE measures in order to prevent accidents, occupational illnesses and and environmental pollution.
· Commits to comply with applicable HSE legislation, law, regulations and standards, and Customer HSE Specification (if any).
· Makes risk analysis and takes the necessary precautions to eliminate and minimize potential hazards.
· Ensures to stop the works until the necessary measures are taken if high-level risks occur.
· Ensures the participation of all employees in order to understand and share the HSE responsibility and awareness at all levels.
· Increases HSE awareness by training and meetings.
· Commits to continual improvement of system’s HSE performance.
· Adapts the new developments and implementations in the field of HSE to the system.
· Ensures the consumption of natural resources at the minimum level.
· Takes necessary precautions in order to minimize the wastes.
· Investigates the causes of accidents and incidents.
HSE goals of Tekfen İmalat ve Mühendislik A.Ş. are based on the following important subjects:

· Creating a safe, healthy, and active workplace for the continuation of workforce activities.
· Maintenance of Company equipments and properties.
· Regarding safety & occupational health requirements in all activities
· Participations opinions and suggestions of interested groups and parties
Company policy is a base to determine and review HSE targets.

The Company Management undertakes to provide all necessary sources for achieving mentioned goals and to revise HSE Management System at regular intervals to assure its effectiveness.
